Who I Am

I'm Giorgia Teofilo — a certified TCTSY Trauma sensitive yoga Facilitator and Yoga Tracher based in Kuwait, working with people all over the world.
Since 2014, I have been creating spaces where people can gently return to their bodies without pressure, without judgement, at their own pace.

I believe the body holds a deep, innate wisdom. My role is not to guide you toward a destination, but to walk alongside you as you begin to hear what your body is already saying.

The Method: TCTSY (Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga)

TCTSY is a scientifically validated clinical intervention for complex trauma, developmental trauma, or chronic, treatment-resistant Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

The focus of TCTSY practice is the inner journey of the participant, not the execution of physical form. This approach is grounded in the principles of Trauma Theory and Hatha Yoga, with an emphasis on body-based yoga asana.

The Five Core Elements of TCTSY Practice:
